SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping:

OH2 Haircare currently uses standard shipping.  All orders can take up to 3-5 days business day.  The first day starts after the day your order is received.  Saturday & Sunday orders will ship on Monday.

Tracking numbers are send via email after processing the order.

Packages will be shipped using the following carriers USPS, FEDEX, or UPS depending on your location

Questions regarding orders must be sent to info@oh2haircare.com.  Please include full name, order number and email address associated with the order.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Address: 

If a package is returned to OH2 Haircare due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer,  the  customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. OH2 Haircare is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

OH2 Haircare is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.  OH2 Haircare will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
