Cancellations can be made at any time.  To receive a refund for your cancelled order, OH2 Haircare must receive notice of cancellation within 12 hours of the confirmed purchase.  This notice is to be sent via email to info@oh2haircare.com. 

 

For a full refund, simply return the unused product in it's original packaging along with the original receipt within 10 days of the date you receive the product.  We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
